Incorporated in 1974, Pension Benefit Administrators (PBA)
is an employee benefit consulting firm specializing in the
design, installation and administration of qualified pension,
profit sharing and 401(k) plans for corporations, partnerships
and self-employed individuals. The industry sometimes refers
to us as a third-party administrator or “TPA”.
Concentrating in this area of expertise, PBA does not provide
investment services preferring to leave this specialty to
brokerage firms, insurance companies, banks and other financial
institutions, the primary source of new business for the
firm. This allows us to design and administer client’s plans
on a non-biased basis to achieve the goals and objectives
behind the establishment and operation of a plan. The result
is a highly specialized, “hands-on” personal level of service
with flexibility to accommodate needed changes. We currently
provide plan document and administration services for over
400 retirement plans using the most efficient systems available.
